Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds 

- Digital Products or Services: Refunds for digital products or services are available only if there is a technical issue or error that prevents proper access or functionality. Refund requests must be submitted within [X] days of purchase.  

- Physical Products: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. You must provide proof of purchase.  

 

Non-Refundable Items**  

Certain products or services are non-refundable, including but not limited to open containers of liquid.  

 

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
